Why haven't I heard about this before? I keep up to date on CNN.com, Foxnews.com, and occasionally drudgereport.com. I heard about this through twitter. Watch the video, this is a real court case. Whether or not this accusation if valid or bogus one would think that a federal lawsuit brought against a candidate for president would make the news.
